Lightning zapped my old time clock. I am now grateful as this one is so much better. Hooked up to the Ethernet makes it a snap and available at any computer. Set up was very easy. Would hardly need to read the manual. Worked perfectly first run.
As it only comes with 15 cards (Thought it came with 50) I have gone to a number input system. (Each employee has a code they punch in.) That has worked well.
The reports are not very flexible is the only problem I have with the whole system. The file is a mess of excel columns that is hardly readable. The report that you print right from the program is nice and easy to read. But cannot email that nice report to other departments.
A very good time clock and very easily worth the money.

We have installed over 20 of these throughout our company. They are simple to setup up, easy to train users to use and rarely have problems. The features for the price are great. We have some networked together and some setup as standalones. No more time cards needed. This product cuts hours of time out calculating payroll. Users like it because they can see their time and pull info up without contacting HR. The product is very stable as well. Backing up the data is easy and you don't have to worry about saving time cards for records. I highly recommend this product.

Easy to setup, easy to use, toss the time cards, get one of these. Employee's love it. great pre-sales/tech support, what a great product. Used same day. All the time adding time cards is OVER! And this solution was less than the manual time clock. No more resetting clock after power outage. We are considering a second clock network to control our machine shop. You can networt work these clocks, so each department can have a local time clock. With the network interface, reports and monitoring are a snap for managers. Did I mention no more time cards to add up? and you can print an employee time card at any time. And tha manual is well done too.
